Liability & Booking TermsKYN Detailing is not responsible for any pre-existing scratches, dents, paint defects, mechanical issues, or interior damage present before the service begins. By booking a service, the customer acknowledges that their vehicle may already contain defects not caused by KYN Detailing.Detailing improves the appearance of a vehicle but does not guarantee the complete removal of all stains, scratches, odours, or defects.KYN Detailing reserves the right to refuse service if a vehicle is deemed unsafe, unsuitable, or beyond our capability. This includes, but is not limited to, large trucks, heavily modified vehicles, or high-value and exotic/supercars.The customer must provide safe and reasonable access to the vehicle, including sufficient space to work. Delays caused by lack of access may result in rescheduling or cancellation.KYN Detailing is not responsible for personal belongings or valuables left inside the vehicle. Customers are advised to remove all valuables prior to the service.Full payment is required upon completion of the service. Payment cannot be withheld, negotiated, or refused after the vehicle has been cleaned. Due to inexperience in engines we do not clean or detail engines at all.
